We’re all about spreading smiles, laughter, and maybe a few happy tears. Every piece of jewelry is custom-made just for you—so all sales are technically final. But if something’s not right, we’ll do everything we can to make it better.
🔁 We’ll Fix It If We Flub It
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective—first off, we’re genuinely sorry.
- Email us at livinglife032872@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and short note.
- We’ll happily replace it, no extra charge.
🙅 Not Eligible for Return
Since our items are custom-made, we don’t accept returns for:
- Change of heart (even if it came with a side of buyer’s remorse).
- Mistakes in personalization.
- Sizing mix-ups or accidental orders.
Double-check everything before clicking that magical “Place Order” button. We believe in love at first correct spellcheck.
💸 Refunds (When Replacements Aren’t Possible)
In rare cases—like if an item’s out of stock or discontinued—we’ll offer a refund to your original payment method or store credit. These cases are reviewed individually and follow ShineOn’s policy guidelines.
🌍 EU Customers
If you're in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, even for custom goods. Products must be unused and in original packaging.
